Initial Consultation

During our consultation, we will talk through your medical history and I will ask lots of questions about all the systems in the body. Together, we will also discuss your current diet, lifestyle and mindset habits, day-to-day routines, and discuss your personal health symptoms, needs and goals.

This will help us devise a wholly personalised nutrition plan that is tailored to your individual needs.

Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions are an opportunity to check in on how you’re getting on, celebrate your progress and explore any challenges or changes along the way. We’ll review what’s working well, make any adjustments needed and provide practical, personalised guidance to help you feel supported and confident as you continue working towards your health goals.
