About me

Hi I’m Karen, a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and founder of Grá Nutrition.

I am so passionate about lifelong wellness, all things food, and empowering and educating people to balance and take control of their own health and well-being.

My goal is to get to the root cause of client’s symptoms and where they originated from. My aim is to help you restore your body back to its natural state of balance by empowering and educating you to learn about your own body so that you can take control of your own well-being and eating habits.

A Personal approach

I see each client as a whole person with many different elements involved when it comes to health.

I am passionate about nutrition itself, but I also understand that there are many factors at play when it comes to health such as lifestyle, stress, emotions, our internal dialogues, time pressures and the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. As such, during our consultation, we will take a deep dive into all areas.

If you are looking for a step-by-step diet or meal plan to follow down to the gram, I am not the nutritional therapist for you. Fad diets and programmes are, at best, only good until we fall off the bandwagon and can’t stick to it anymore and at worst, can take a serious toll on our physical, mental and emotional health.

My aim as a nutritional therapist is to provide long-term tools for life-long health
